Pathways of the Shoulder, Hip and Spine

August 13-15 •10-noon and 1-3
$350 tuition, $75 studio fee. $150 deposit due July 31.
Angela Crowley, Authorized Master Trainer, Pilates Master Trainer, Feldenkrais Trainer and bodyworker, will teach her fabulous, brilliant Pathways of the Shoulder, Hip, & Spine.

Authorized Master Trainer Leda Franklin will be coming to Gyrotonic Boulder from London to teach two courses in August, 2010:

Pre- and Post-Natal Applications of Gyrotonic.
Two days, August 19 & 20. Approximate hours: 9am-noon and 1-3. Tuition $250. Studio fee $100. $150 deposit due by July 31st.

These courses are rarely available in the US since Leda has moved back to London. Both of them are deeply informative and enormously useful. Leda is an inspired teacher, extremely knowledgeable and able to handle difficult material with compassion and humor.

Anyone taking both courses gets a $50 discount on studio fees. Cost of materials for each course is $10. Prereq for both courses, Gyrotonic Level 1 Certification.
