How to Start

To get started, you need to have an initial 60-minute private session, where we will introduce you to the GYROTONIC® system, and assess your individual needs. This initial private session is available to new clients for $35 (regularly $65).

After this session, we suggest you take 4 beginner's classes, and offer new clients a special price of $55 for these 4 classes (regularly $100).

Following the completion of these 4 beginner's classes, we offer a $5 cash rebate on all packages purchased. See Pricing page for further details on package and memberships.
