From the south:

• Take Highway 36
• Right onto Arapahoe Avenue
• Left onto 30th Street
• Turn right just past the Jiffy Lube, into the Crossroads Gardens / Sussex One parking lot
• Continue to the end of the road and park in the underground parking garage
• We are just to the south of the elevator on the main floor.
  

From South Boulder / Highway 93 / Broadway:

• Take Broadway north to Baseline Road
• Turn right on Baseline
• Turn left (north) onto 30th Street
• Cross Arapahoe Avenue
• Turn right just past the Jiffy Lube, into the Crossroads Gardens / Sussex One parking lot.
• Continue to the end of the road and park in the underground parking garage.
• We are just to the south of the elevator on the main floor.

From Diagonal Highway 119 from Longmont:

• Take 119 West into Boulder, take a left onto 30th Street
• Just past Walnut Street, move into left turn lane (no street light) and turn left into the partking lot for
• Crossroads Garden and Sussex Buildings.
• Turn left (north) onto 30th Street
• Cross Arapahoe Avenue
• Turn right just past the Jiffy Lube, into the Crossroads Gardens / Sussex One parking lot.
• Continue to the end of the road and park in the underground parking garage.
• We are just to the south of the elevator on the main floor.

From Denver International Airport (DIA)
Boulder is approximately 50 minutes from DIA. Non-Toll Road

• Take Peña Boulevard South to I-70 West.
• Take I-70 West to I-270 West - exist towards Fort Collins.
• Take exit 279 towards I-270 North and merge onto US-36 West.
• Continue on Highway 36 to Boulder.
• Turn right onto Arapahoe Avenue.
• Left onto 30th Street.
• Turn right just past the Jiffy Lube, into the Crossroads Gardens / Sussex One parking lot.
• Continue to the end of the road and park in the underground parking garage.
• We are just to the south of the elevator on the main floor.

From Denver International Airport (DIA)
Boulder is approximately 50 minutes from DIA. Toll Road (about $10)

• Exit DIA via Peña Blvd just past gas plaza, Exit right onto E-470 toward Boulder / Ft Collins (Toll Road – about $10. License plate toll on E-470.)
• E-470 becomes NW Parkway.
• Take the Northwest Parkway west to US Highway 36.
• At the end of the Northwest Parkway, exit onto US Hwy 36 West to Boulder.
• Continue on Highway 36 to Boulder.
• Cross Arapahoe Avenue
• Turn right just past the Jiffy Lube, into the Crossroads Gardens / Sussex One parking lot.
• Continue to the end of the road and park in the underground parking garage.
• We are just to the south of the elevator on the main floor.
