Pricing and Class Policies
Please read our new pricing and class policies which take effect as of July 24, 2009.
All classes are basic and suitable for beginners with the exception of Wednesday and Saturday noon, which are more complex and challenging.

* Gyrokinesis 2 is an advanced class. Please see Clyde Rae before attending, to confirm that it's a suitable class for you. Continues through February 24th.
** The Teachers' Class has changed to 11am-12:30pm. This class is ongoing through February 10, is still free (donations accepted) and requires registration, either by phone or email or in person.

Floor time option!
Put all of your great Gyro-body knowledge to good use! Come in and do an independent woorkout, the floor time cards are $180 for 10 sessions. We do ask that you schedule your time with us prior to your workout to avoid conflict with classes or private sessions.
We ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations, out of consideration for our teachers and other students. You may be fully charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.
