Floor time option!
Put all of your great Gyro-body knowledge to good use! Come in and do an independent woorkout, the floor time cards are $150 for 10 sessions. We do ask that you schedule your time with us prior to your workout to avoid conflict with classes or private sessions.
We ask that you provide 24 hours notice for cancellations, out of consideration for our teachers and other students. You may be fully charged for missed appointments or late cancellations.
All trainings will be in our new studio on 30th Street.
